Kyle Hallisky

Kyle Hallisky is a PhD Student in Nutritional Science & Social and Behavioral Neuroscience at Penn State. His research integrates behavioral and neuroimaging methods to investigate mechanisms of self-regulation related to children’s eating behavior and food choice. Kyle has extensive experience managing NIH-funded longitudinal studies focused on children’s eating behavior, and has designed and maintained user-friendly databases to support data collection and analysis for these projects. He actively incorporates open science principles into his research, including preregistration of study hypotheses on ClinicalTrials.gov, transparent data and code sharing on the Open Science Framework, and the use of open-source software to promote reproducibility.

Lynda Kellam

Lynda Kellam, Ph.D. is one of the founding organizers of the Data Rescue Project and the Snyder-Granader Director of Research Data and Digital Scholarship at the University of Pennsylvania Libraries. She has presented extensively on data services, data management, and FAIR Guidelines. She is the current Secretary of IASSIST, an international data professional organization, and has served in multiple leadership positions in ALA, ACRL, and GODORT. She holds an MLIS, an MA in Political Science, and a PhD in American History.

Maurie Kelly

Maurie Kelly, Ph.D. is Director of the Pennsylvania Spatial Data Access program, an instructor in the Smeal School of Business and the College of Information Science and Technology, and Director of the Penn State Data Commons.

Koraly Pérez-Edgar

Koraly Pérez-Edgar, Ph.D. is a McCourtney Professor of Child Studies and Professor of Psychology at the Pennsylvania State University. She is Editor-in-Chief of the journal Developmental Psychology.

Kimberly Petrosky

Kimberly Petrosky, J.D. is a Senior Research Integrity Analyst in the Office for Research Protections. Prior to joining the ORP in 2015, she was an associate attorney with Delafield, McGee, Jones & Kauffman, P.C., and later served as a judicial law clerk for the Centre County Court of Common Pleas.

John Russell

John Russell is an Assistant Professor in the University Libraries responsible for supporting digital scholarship. Prior to coming to Penn State, John was the Scholarly Communication Librarian at the University of Oregon, where he supported open access, digital initiatives, and regularly taught a graduate course on digital scholarship methods. John teaches the online course “Introduction to Digital Humanities for Librarians” for Library Juice Academy, and is also a Contributing Editor for the dh+lib website.

Danielle Steinhart
